Which plan should I choose?

Small Team is $350/month for up to 5 main ERP users; Unlimited is $700/month for unlimited main ERP users. Both include unlimited floor-only clocking users, all standard ERP and CRM features, onboarding, data mapping, migration, training and support. For one company at one location. Annual billing is $3,500/year for Small Team or $7,000/year for Unlimited.

Who counts toward the 5-user allowance?

People using the main ERP roles count, including CRM, finance, sales entry, purchasing and planning. Floor users who only clock in and out of jobs or the working day do not count and are unlimited. A person who uses a main ERP role as well as clocking counts as a main ERP user. Your total employee headcount does not determine your plan. Existing eligible no-cost advisor access remains available with customer approval.

What happens when I grow beyond 5 main ERP users?

Move to Unlimited, with the price increase phased in over 6 months rather than doubling from $350 to $700 in one month. We'll agree the billing transition with you before the upgrade. Once on the full Unlimited price, there are no additional per-user charges.

Do new customers with more than 5 main ERP users start on Unlimited?

Yes. Choose Unlimited at $700/month or $7,000/year. The 6-month price transition applies when growing from Small Team to Unlimited.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free: Small Team is $3,500/year, equivalent to $291.67/month; Unlimited is $7,000/year, equivalent to $583.33/month. Annual plans are billed annually.

Are onboarding and migration extra?

No. Onboarding, data mapping, migration, training and support are included in your subscription at no additional charge.

Are any standard features reserved for Unlimited?

No. Both plans include all standard ERP and CRM features.

Is there a long-term commitment?

Monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access retained until then; unused portions are not refunded under the cancellation terms.

Can I try PAX first?

Yes. The free trial includes full ERP and CRM access for 14 days. No credit card is required.
